2. Design & Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing correct designs, drawings, dimensions and specifications. Any errors in customer-provided information may affect the final output.
3. Custom Orders
Customized cutting work is processed according to the requirements confirmed by the customer. Changes after confirmation may result in additional charges or revised delivery timelines.
4. Material
Material requirements, material availability and material specifications will be confirmed before processing the order. Any material supplied by the customer should be suitable for the requested cutting process.
5. Pricing & Payment
Service charges will depend on the design, dimensions, material, quantity, cutting complexity and other applicable requirements. Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before processing the order.
6. Delivery
